Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employee Job Satisfaction, Employee Green Cominment, Green Creativity, Green Competitive Advantage pada pt bank rakyat indonesia di jakarta selatan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Employee Job satisfaction, Employee Green Cominment, Green Creativity, dan untuk variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Green Competitive Advantage. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan data yang dipakai yaitu data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari hail penyebaran kuesioner serta diukur menggunakan Skala Likert. Penelitian in dilakukan di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 250 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan AMOS. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee Job Satisfaction (X1), Employee Green Cominment (X2), memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Green Creativity (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel Green Competitive Advantage (Y).
