Fear of Missing Out sebagai Mediator Hubungan antara Self Efficacy dengan Psychological Well Being pada Mahasiswa yang Menjalani Perkuliahan Daring

Tujuan penelitian yaitu menguji apakah FoMO mempengaruhi hubungan antara self-efficacy dan psychological well being di kalangan mahasiswa yang menjalani perkuliahan daring. Respondennya sebanyak 290 mahasiswa S1 di Sumatera Barat (perempuan, 74,5%; laki-laki, 25,5%) dengan rentang usia berkisar antara 17 dan 25 tahun. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Skala FoMO, Skala self-efficacy dan Skala psychological well being. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis regresi. Ditemukan nilai R-Square sebesar .562 serta F regresi sebesar 122.195 lalu nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 (p< 0 ,05) berarti bahwa FoMO mempengaruhi hubungan antara self-efficacy dan psychological well being.
