Hubungan Kecenderungan Perilaku Cyberloafing terhadap Job Performance pada Karyawan PT Suryaprana Nutrisindo Cabang Padang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kecenderungan perilaku cyberloafing terhadap job performance pada karyawan PT Suryaprana Nutrisindo Cabang Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantiatif dengan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan memakai teknik total sampling. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 46 orang karyawan PT Suryaprana Nutrisindo Cabang Padang. Instrument pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala perilaku cyberloafing yang diadaptasi dari Lim dan Teo (2005) dan menggunakan skala job performance yang dikembangkan dari Rizki (2022) berdasarkan aspek Bernardin dan Russel (2003). Hasill analisis dengan menggunakan analisis product moment dan didapatkan koefisien yang korelasi (r) = 0,764 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar p=000 (p<0,05) artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan perilaku cyberloafing terhadap job performance pada karyawan PT Suryaprana Nutrisindo Cabang Padang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi perilaku cyberloafing maka semakin tinggi pula job performance pada karyawan.
