Hubungan Social Support terhadap Academic Burnout pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP)

Penelitian ini bermagsud untuk melihat hubungan social support terhadap academic burnout pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). Penelitian ini menggunakan kaidah kuantitatif dengan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Negeri Padang, dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 230 orang mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan angket berskala, social support (?:0,842) berdasarkan teori Zimet et al., (1988) dan academic burnout (?:0,628) berdasarkan Maslach Burnout Inventory – Student Survey (MBI – SS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan social support dengan terhadap academic burnout pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Negeri Padang dengan korelasi Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disarankan kepada mahasiswa mengenali faktor dan dampak buruk dari academic burnout dan melakukan beberapa upaya untuk menekan academic burnout.
