Abstract

Industri jasa food&beverage merupakan industri bisnis yang masih berkembang pesat di Indonesia, maka diperlukannya sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankannya, yang dimana dengan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam operasional bisnis yang dijalankan terutama dalam bisnis F&B. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan dan employee engagement melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan tetap yang bekerja dibidang F&B di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 204 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi job crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka perusahaan dapat mengembangkan kinerja karyawan dengan memperhatikan kepuasan kerja, job crafting dan employee engagement untuk meningkatkan kualitas karyawannya.
