Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan minat kerja terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja siswa kelas XI SMKS Budi Dharma Dumai. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong pada penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan sampling jenuh, sebanyak 78 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun dengan menggunakan skala likert. Uji coba instrument penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis induktif, dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu Uji F dan Uji t dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik kerja industri dan minat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI SMKS Budi Dharma Dumai
