Abstract

Perluasan gejolak geopolitik saat ini membentuk konfrontasi baru akan polarisasi lingkungan politik internasional. Tulisan ini membahas terkait bentuk kebijakan luar negeri netralitas aktif Turki dalam mengambil posisi mediator tensi konflik invasi Rusia dan Ukraina tahun 2022. Intensitas konflik Rusia dan Ukraina menimbulkan polemik instabilitas kondisi global yang berdampak kedalam gangguan pasokan pangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan teori kebijakan luar negeri netralitas aktif sebagai pisau analisis kajian pembahasan sikap dan posisi Turki untuk tujuan menyeimbangkan kepentingan politik dan ekonomi negaranya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka dari sumber-sumber ilmiah yang valid. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah meski menimbulkan konflik kepentingan dengan sekutu barat, atas dasar olah pertimbangan kepentingan domestiknya. Inisiatif diplomatik atas pembukaan ekspor biji-bijian di Laut Hitam yang ditengahi oleh Turki menjadi salah satu contoh pendekatan peredaman konflik yang sukses memberikan keseimbangan kepentingan bagi stabilitas kawasan dan global.
