Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan dan niat berkunjung kembali dengan memilih secara acak 191 wisatawan yang pernah ke Pantai Pasir Padi, Pangkalpinang. Hasil pemodelan persamaan struktural menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antar variabel eksogen; keramahan pelayanan dan perilaku masyarakat dengan kepuasan wisatawan secara keseluruhan. Hal ini semakin menegaskan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan wisatawan secara keseluruhan dan niat mereka untuk kembali. Semua hubungan tersebut signifikan secara statistik pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Studi ini memberikan referensi penting bagi peneliti masa depan, pengelola destinasi dan pembuat kebijakan industri pariwisata Pangkalpinang.
