Abstract

Usaha D’sruput merupakan D’Sruput merupakan salah satu merek yang bergerak dibidang Food & Beverage. D’sruput ini beralamat di Jl. Raya Lubuk Begalung No.12, D’sruput ini masih perlu perbaikan mengenai Just In Time (JIT), strategi pemenfaatan peningkatan produksi serta efisiensi biaya produksi. Oleh karena itu dilakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Implementasi Just In Time (JIT) Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Dan Efesien Biaya Produksi Pada Usaha D’sruput agar mengedukasi Usaha D’sruput dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Dan Efesien Biaya Produk. Metode pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi Just In Time (JIT), Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Dan Efesien Biaya Produksi. Peserta pelatihan merupakan owner atau pemilik Usaha D’sruput. Evaluasi softskill dan hardskill yang dilakukan yaitu dengan observasi / pengamatan langsung dan wawancara secara langsung. Sehingga diperoleh hasil sosialisasi dari implementasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Usaha D’Sruput ini berjalan baik dan lancar.
