Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran media sosial dan Knowledge Sharing dalam meningkatkan Employee Creativity pada generasi Z dengan memperhatikan Use of Social Media Platform, Work-related Social Media Usage dan Social-related Social Media Usage. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel berjumlah 126 responden. Hasil pada penelitian yang didapat yaitu: (1) Use of Social Media Platform memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Knowledge Sharing, (2) Work-related Social Media Usage memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Knowledge Sharing, (3) Social-related Social Media Usage memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Knowledge Sharing, (4) Knowledge Sharing memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Employee Creativity, (5) Use of Social Media Platform memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Creativity, (6) Social-related Social Media Usage memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Employe Creativity.
