Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) yang dimulai sejak Juli 2005 telah memberikan peran yang cukup signifikan dalam mempercepat pencapaian program Wajib Belajar 9 Tahun. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan studi studi dokumen, yaitu dengan melakukan analisis terhadap Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Bantuan Operasional Sekolah. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari proses ini mendukung temuan, memberikan tafsiran yang relevan, serta implikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai landasan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terkait subjek atau fenomena yang diteliti.
