Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana student engagement dan teacher support tehadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kepegawaian kelas XI otomatisasi tata Kelola perkantoran SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berasal dari siswa kelas XI OTKP di SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 86 siswa dan menggunakan Teknik proportional random sampling. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini data primer. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang telah didapatkan diperiksa dengan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa student engagement dan teacher support berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI OTKP SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung, student engagement berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI OTKP SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung, dan teacher support berpengaruh terhadap terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI OTKP SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung.
