Well-Being Pada Remaja di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana tingkat well-being yang dirasakan oleh remaja selama masa pandemi COVID-19 dimana pada masa yang seharusnya ia mencari jati diri dan menghabiskan waktu dengan teman sebaya, mereka diharuskan untuk menjalankan aturan yang ada selama pandemi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teknik incidental sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah (N=86) siswa SMP yang berasal dari provinsi Sumatera Barat. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik desktiptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat well-being pada remaja selama masa pandemi memiliki nilai maksimum 180 dan nilai minimun 108 dengan SD=15.880. Selain itu didapat hasil bahwa tingkat well-being tinggi berada pada dimensi sosial (53.49%), kognitif (62.79%), dan pribadi (56.98%). Tingkat well-being seimbang berada pada dimensi emosi (50%) dan tingkat well-being rendah berada pada dimensi fisik (51.16%) dan dimensi spiritual (54.65%).
