Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak efektivitas Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro dan Insentif Pajak terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Padang pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 61 responden penerima Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro pada tahun 2021-2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro dan Pajak Insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), dengan koefisien regresi masing-masing sebesar 0,449 dan 0,588. Uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 untuk kedua variabel tersebut, yang mengindikasikan bahwa keduanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa bantuan dan insentif yang diberikan oleh pemerintah selama pandemi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan UMKM.
