Tingkat Work Engagement pada Mahasiswa yang Mengikuti Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang

Mahasiswa mempunyai kewajiban di suatu univesitas untuk menuntut ilmu sesuai dengan bidang atau jurusan yang diikuti. Namun banyak kegiatan lainnya yang didapat di suatu universitas, salah satunya ialah kegiatan untuk mengikuti organisasi yang ada dikampus. Salah satu organisasi mahasiswa yang ada di kampus Universitas Negeri Padang ialah Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Padang. Sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 partisipan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 9 item, data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 16.0. hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini bahwa tingkat Work Engagement pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Padang masuk kedalam kategori sangat tinggi (57%).
