Pengaruh Edukasi tentang Menstruasi terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Remaja Putri di MTs.Alkhairaat Mamboro

Masa remaja ditandai masa disaat seseorang mempunyai tanda-tanda pubertas berlanjut hingga didapatnya kematangan seksual. Salah satu penyebab utama kecemasan ini adalah kurangnya edukasi mengenai menarche saat pertama kali mengalaminya. Berdasarkan wawancara awal, beberapa siswi melaporkan tanda-tanda kecemasan seperti rasa takut, jantung berdebar, dan kesulitan tidur. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif desain one group pretest-posttes (Pre-eksperimental).Intervensi yang diberikan berupa edukasi tentang menstruasi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 53 remaja dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 11 remaja yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara serta menggunakan teknik mengambil sampel menggunaakan proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perbedaan signifikan dalam tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Uji Wilcoxon digunakan kerana data tidak berdistribusi normal. Edukasi tentang menstruasi efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan remaja putri di MTs Alkhairaat Mamboro.
