Upaya Peningkatan Brand Awareness melalui Digital Marketing Pada PT NG Tech Supplies

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness PT Ng Tech Supplies melalui strategi digital marketing dengan fokus pada aktivasi dan optimalisasi akun media sosial serta platform e-commerce Tokopedia. Menghadapi tantangan rendahnya visibilitas merek secara digital, penelitian ini melibatkan pembuatan akun di Instagram dan Facebook, serta pengaktifan kembali akun Tokopedia yang tidak aktif. Konten berkualitas yang informatif dan menarik dirancang dan dipublikasikan untuk memperkuat interaksi pelanggan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah pengikut, tingkat keterlibatan audiens, dan visibilitas produk, yang terlihat dari data jangkauan dan interaksi di setiap platform. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dengan pendekatan digital yang efektif, PT Ng Tech Supplies dapat lebih mudah menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas, memperkuat citra merek, dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis dalam lingkungan pemasaran yang kompetitif.
