Work-Family Conflict dan Komitmen Organisasi; Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh work-family conflict terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasaan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan industri perhotelan di Kota Ambon. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), dengan menggunakan software WarpPLS 7.0. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan pada 20 hotel di Kota Ambon dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan dalam industri perhotelan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh work-family conflict yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan ditemukan adanya efek mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan work-family conflict terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan industri perhotelan di Kota Ambon
