Menyusun Rekrutmen dan Penempatan Kerja Karyawan di SMP IT Al Hijrah Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur rekrutmen dan penempatan kerja di SMP IT Al-Hijrah Medan, guna mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi sekolah berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi proses rekrutmen, kualifikasi tenaga pendidik yang diharapkan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen dilakukan secara sistematis melalui seleksi administratif, tes kompetensi, micro-teaching, dan wawancara. Penempatan guru didasarkan pada kebutuhan sekolah, sementara evaluasi kinerja dilakukan secara berkala. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan kandidat berkualitas dan kesulitan adaptasi tenaga pendidik baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan seleksi melalui teknologi dan pengembangan program pelatihan bagi guru baru.
