Abstract

Model praktik keperawatan profesional (MPKP) metode tim merupakan salah satu metode penugasan yang diterapkan di rawat inap dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas penerapan standar asuhan keperawatan sehingga tercapai kepuasan perawat pelaksana. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan tentang model praktk keperawatn profesional (MPKP) metode tim, kepuasan kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap penyakt dalam rumah sakit Anutapura Palu. jenis peneltian  kuantitatif pada pendekatan analtik gunakan desain cros sectlonal. Jumlah populas pada peneltian ini yaitu 65 perawat yang bekerja di rawat inap penyakit dalam rumah sakit Anutapura Palu dengan jumlah sampel 39 orang, gunakan tekhnik mengambil sampel mengunakan stratfied random sampling. Hasil penelitian penelitian dari 39 responden menggunakan uji Fisher’s Exact di dapat p-value 0,022 (p<0,05). Kesimpulannya Ada hubungan pengetahun tentang model praktik keperawatan profesional (MPKP) metode tim dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam rumah sakit Anutapura Palu.
