Penelitian ini bertujuan buat menganalisis dampak pengaruh Employee-Oriented HRM, Ethical Leadership, Spiritual Leadership, Servant Leadership dan Work-Family Conflict Terhadap Pshycological Safety Pada Karyawan Bank BUMN di Kepulauan Riau. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner terhadap karyawan industri perbankan di Kepulauan Riau sebanyak 235 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi sederhana yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Employee-Oriented HRM, Ethical Leadership, Spiritual Leadership, Servant Leadership terhadap Pshycological Safety berpengaruh positif. Sementara Work-Family Conflict tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Pshycological Safety. Implikasi Managerialnya yaitu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepada karyawan.
