Pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Gen Z di Kota Payakumbuh

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna menguji pengaruh gaji, lingkungan kerja, dan stres pada turnover intention karyawan Generasi Z Kota Payakumbuh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan mengambil 100 responden dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan metodologi kuantitatif kausal. Analisis data regresi linier berganda memperlihatkan kalau stres kerja secara Sig. meningkatkan keinginan keluar karyawan, sedangkan gaji dan lingkungan kerja secara Sig. menurunkannya. Ketiga faktor tersebut mempengaruhi keinginan keluar karyawan sebesar 43,2%, berdasar koefisien determinasi. Temuan ini memperlihatkan kalau guna menurunkan turnover intention karyawan Generasi Z, perlu dilakukan perbaikan struktur gaji, lingkungan kerja, dan manajemen stres.
