Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan fundamental antara ilmu hadis dan praktik manajemen dalam konteks sejarah peradaban Islam. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana prinsip-prinsip hadis telah mempengaruhi perkembangan konsep dan praktik manajemen sepanjang sejarah Islam, dengan fokus pada kontribusi epistemologis dan metodologis hadis dalam membangun kerangka manajerial yang komprehensif. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif historis-analitis, studi ini menyelidiki dimensi hadis yang melampaui pemahaman tradisional, mengungkap potensinya sebagai sumber inspirasi dan panduan dalam pengembangan teori dan praktik manajemen kontemporer.
