Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan Servant dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan siswa dan guru di Sekolah YPI AN NUR Medan. Kepemimpinan Servant sebagai model kepemimpinan yang menekankan pada pelayanan dan pengembangan potensi anggota organisasi menjadi relevan dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan Servant di Sekolah YPI AN NUR Medan telah berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan siswa dan guru, yang tercermin dari peningkatan motivasi belajar, prestasi akademik, kepuasan kerja guru, serta terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif untuk pengembangan diri.
