Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran IPA. pembelajaran IPA tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan fenomena alam, tetapi juga membekali siswa dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis, analisis data, dan kesadaran lingkungan Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitati dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar di SDN 1 Nagrikidul Kabupaten Purwakarta yang berjumlah 20 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 20 siswa kelas kontrol. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kemudian instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah instrument tes keterampilan berpikir kritis dan non tes berupa dokumentasi aktivitas siswa pada saat pembelajaran.
