Tulisan ini akan membahas tentang implementasi Operation Networking and Service di Bank BRI Kantor Wilayah Surabaya sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan. Implementasi Operational Networking and Service di Bank BRI Kantor Wilayah Surabaya merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kualitas pelayanan, dan jangkauan layanan perbankan. Strategi ini melibatkan integrasi antara teknologi informasi modern, pengelolaan jaringan layanan, dan penerapan standar operasional yang optimal. Melalui pengembangan jaringan layanan berbasis digital seperti BRIlink dan aplikasi BRImo, Bank BRI mampu memperluas akses perbankan hingga ke wilayah terpencil. Selain itu, penerapan customer service excellence dan sistem pengelolaan operasional berbasis data real-time mendukung pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, dan sesuai kebutuhan nasabah. Bank BRI tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah tetapi juga memperkuat posisinya sebagai pemimpin dalam layanan perbankan di Indonesia. Studi ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas implementasi Operational Networking and Service di Bank BRI Kantor Wilayah Surabaya dan dampaknya terhadap efisiensi operasional serta kepuasan nasabah.
