Pengelolaan Persediaan Barang Consumable di Warehouse PT. Dharma Precision Tools

Mengendalikan persediaan terutama bahan baku dasar sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan. Melalui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang baik, perusahaan mampu memenuhi permintaan konsumen tepat waktu, sehingga tetap konsisten dalam mencapai tujuan. Sebaliknya, jika perusahaan tidak mampu mengelola persediaannya dengan efektif, hal ini dapat menyebabkan pengeluaran yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka, diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu nilai re-order point Endmill Carbide Aldura Ø12 x 4F yaitu 3 pcs dan nilai safety stock sejumlah 12 pcs. Nilai re-order point Endmill Carbide Ø 10 x 100 yaitu 3 pcs dan nilai safety stock sejumlah 11 pcs. Nilai re-order point Mounted Stone Ø6 x Ø10 x 19 sebesar 25 pcs dan nilai safety stock sejumlah 120 pcs. Nilai re-order point Machine Tap Hss (Helix) M5 x 0,8 yaitu 4 pcs dan nilai safety stock sejumlah10 pcs. Nilai re-order point Insert Carbide Apmt 1604pder-Pm sebesar 28 pcs dan nilai safety stock sejumlah 116 pcs. Hasil perhitungan stok pengaman tools consumable dapat digunakan sebagai cadangan darurat jika terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman.
