Pengaruh Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Studi Kasus Pada Cafe Naturalis di Kota Bekasi

Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Banyak nya populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 2.060 dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 94 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji T, Uji F, Uji Koefisien Korelasi (R), Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dan data diolah dengan SPSS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa R (angka korelasi) sebesar 80% pengaruh brand image dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan komsumen. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (Uji T) dapat disimpulkan bahwa T1hitung 3,792 > T1 tabel 1,986 yang berarti Ha diterima Ho ditolak dan T2 hitung 7,848 > dari T2 tabel 1,986 yang berarti Ha diterima Ho ditolak.
