Abstract

Pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Quran merupakan fondasi penting bagi umat Islam dalam memahami ajaran Islam. Era digital membawa dampak positif dan negatif terhadap proses belajar. Dampak positifnya meliputi kemudahan akses informasi dan pengetahuan, sedangkan dampak negatifnya adalah kecanduan gadget, stres, dan kurangnya motivasi belajar. Penelitian di SD Patra Dharma III Balikpapan menunjukkan bahwa metode UMMI efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis Al-Quran. Pengawasan orang tua dan motivasi belajar sangat penting untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif era digital. Pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Quran harus dilakukan secara terstruktur dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan menghindari dampak negatif.
