Analisis Pengaruh Literasi Membaca terhadap Pemahaman Teks Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar melalui Cerita Pendek

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan literasi membaca siswa sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan cerita pendek. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 siswa kelas V SD di Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan teks cerita pendek berjudul Persahabatan Kancil dan Burung Pipit, diikuti dengan pemberian pertanyaan pemahaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki tingkat pemahaman tinggi pada elemen dasar cerita seperti judul (100%) dan tokoh (90%), tetapi menunjukkan kelemahan pada aspek analitis seperti pesan moral (60%) dan pendapat pribadi (50%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa literasi membaca siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui latihan rutin, penggunaan cerita pendek yang relevan, serta penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis literasi. Cerita pendek dipilih karena sifatnya yang menarik, ringkas, dan sarat dengan nilai-nilai moral.
