Penerapan 5R dalam Proses Administrasi: Tantangan dan Solusi di Viva Beauty Center Surabaya

Penerapan prinsip 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) di Viva Beauty Center berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas administrasi. Artikel ini membahas tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi 5R serta solusi untuk mengatasinya. Berdasarkan pengalaman penulis selama magang di Viva Beauty Center Surabaya, penerapan 5R terbukti tidak hanya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih teratur dan bersih, tetapi juga meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya kesadaran karyawan dan resistensi terhadap perubahan perlu diatasi melalui pelatihan rutin, insentif, serta dukungan manajemen. Dengan demikian, penerapan 5R diharapkan dapat berjalan efektif dan mendukung tujuan strategis Viva Beauty Center dalam memberikan layanan terbaik.
