Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan pribadi terhadap disiplin kerja guru TK di Kecamatan Sukajadi. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan dalam metode analisis data yaitu Y=a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 +...bnXn. Mengingat variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap dependen sebesar 90,0%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah terjadi pergeseran disiplin kerja guru. Namun, 10% bergantung pada faktor lain. Efektivitas pengajar dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi personal, dibuktikan dengan t sebesar 9,681 dan lingkungan kerja sebesar 20,088. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disiplin kerja guru TK di Kecamatan Sukajadi dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja yang dimilikinya.
