Efektivitas Cuka Apel Hijau dalam Mengurangi Kadar Kolesterol Jahat (LDL) Pada Pasien Hiperkolesterolemia

Hiperkolesterolemia, atau kadar kolesterol tinggi dalam darah, merupakan masalah kesehatan yang semakin umum di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas penggunaan cuka apel hijau dalam menurunkan kadar kolesterol pada pasien dengan hiperkolesterolemia. Studi kasus ini dilakukan pada satu pasien laki-laki dengan kadar kolesterol tinggi. Pasien mengonsumsi 1-2 sendok makan cuka apel hijau yang dicampur dengan segelas air (200-250 ml) setiap hari selama 7 hari, setelah makan. Kadar kolesterol diukur sebelum dan setelah pemberian cuka apel hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan kadar kolesterol setelah konsumsi cuka apel hijau. Studi ini menunjukkan potensi cuka apel hijau sebagai terapi alternatif untuk membantu menurunkan kadar kolesterol.
