Kolaborasi antara TikTok Shop dan Tokopedia menjadi strategi penting dalam memperkuat ekosistem e-commerce di Indonesia. Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mendasari kemitraan tersebut, mencakup manfaat bagi pelaku usaha dan konsumen, serta dampak fitur interaktif seperti live streaming terhadap perilaku belanja. TikTok Shop memanfaatkan popularitas video pendek, sementara Tokopedia menyediakan infrastruktur e-commerce yang solid, menciptakan peluang besar bagi UMKM untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Inovasi seperti live commerce dan minat generasi muda terhadap belanja interaktif menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan kerja sama ini. Kemitraan ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas pasar, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi digital. Namun, tantangan seperti regulasi, keamanan data, dan persaingan tetap perlu diatasi. Secara keseluruhan, kolaborasi ini tidak hanya memperkaya pengalaman belanja, tetapi juga memperkuat UMKM dan mendorong kemajuan ekonomi digital Indonesia.
