Industri E-commerce telah mengalami perkembangan yang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran strategi digital dalam mendukung pertumbuhan industri e-commerce. Strategi digital mencakup beberapa elemen seperti pemasaran digital, penggunaan media sosial, mesin pencari (SEO) untuk meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen. Artikel ini menunjukkan strategi digital yang dapat membantu perusahaan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan, memperluas jangkauan pasar, memperkuat hubungan dengan konsumen. Strategi digital menjadi faktor utama dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan daya saing industri e-commerce di era digital.
