Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Penderita TB Paru dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Anti Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Lakea

TB Paru menjadi masalah kesehatan dengan morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi. Dari hasil wawancara awal pada 5 pasien TB Paru bahwa 3 pasien tidak teratur minum obat. Terkadang hari ini minum obat, besok tidak lagi. Alasannya karena lupa dan efek samping obat yang dialami seperti tangan kesemutan, mual dan gatal. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap penderita TB Paru terhadap kepatuhan minum obat anti Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Lakea. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif, metode analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini semua pasien TB Paru di Puskesmas Lakea yaitu sebanyak 34 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan minum OAT (p-value = 0,000), ada hubungan sikap dengan kepatuhan minum OAT (p-value = 0,000). Simpulan adalah ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap penderita TB Paru terhadap kepatuhan minum obat anti Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Lakea.
