Masalah disiplin siswa di sekolah menengah menjadi tantangan serius yang dapat menghambat proses pembelajaran dan pencapaian prestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan konseling perilaku sebagai salah satu solusi efektif dalam mengatasi masalah disiplin tersebut. Melalui studi literatur dengan menganalisis mendalam terhadap berbagai jurnal, penelitian ini menyajikan pengertian, ruang lingkup, prosedur penerapan, serta keberhasilan penerapan konseling kontrak perilaku dan self management pada siswa di lingkungan sekolah menengah atas. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi para pendidik, konselor, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang program intervensi yang lebih terarah dan komprehensif untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif.
