Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan tehadap penguasaan kosakata mahasiswa dalam bicara bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa semester 1, Program Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan tes lisan. Data diolah menggunakan teknik regressi dengan SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penguasaan kosakata mahasisiswa dalam bicara bahasa Inggris.
