Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya pemahaman landasan pendidikan bagi calon guru. Landasan pendidikan mencakup fondasi teoritis dan konseptual yang mendasari praktik pendidikan, seperti filosofi pendidikan, teori belajar, prinsip-prinsip pedagogis, dan isu-isu kontekstual di bidang pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan kajian pustaka, artikel ini menyajikan pemahaman menyeluruh mengenai bagaimana penguasaan terhadap landasan pendidikan dapat membantu calon guru dalam merancang filosofi mengajar yang koheren, memilih strategi pembelajaran yang tepat, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Artikel ini juga menyoroti perlunya integrasi landasan pendidikan dalam program persiapan guru agar mampu menghasilkan pendidik yang kompeten dan adaptif terhadap tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21.
