Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Penguasaan Konsep Kimia terhadap Stres Kerja Guru Kimia pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Proses asimilasi dan adaptasi pada pengendalian dari persebaran COVID-19 berdampak pada fenomena tingginya stres kerja guru kimia di Provinsi Riau dalam menghadapi proses pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi Diri dan penguasaan konsep kimia terhadap stres kerja guru kimia pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Provinsi Riau. Metode Penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif dengan teknik korelasional pada pengaruh langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru Kimia SMA di Provinsi Riau khususnya pada empat kabupaten/Kota yaitu Pekanbaru, Siak, Indragiri Hilir, dan Indragiri Hulu dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 224 orang guru kimia, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian diambil dengan teknik proportionate random sampling sehingga diperoleh 144 guru kimia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner online dengan menggunakan skala efikasi diri, penguasaan konsep kimia dan stres kerja guru kimia. Kuesioner telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dalam uji coba terhadap 23 orang sampel guru kimia. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri, dan penguasaan konsep berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stres kerja guru kimia pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bahwa guru kimia dalam meningkatkan indikator keyakinan dalam mengajar (efikasi diri), kemahiran (penguasaan konsep kimia). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan saran agar guru memiliki strategi koping dalam menghadapi stres terutama yang bersumber dari sistem sekolah, tuntutan pengembangan diri dan fasilitas perangkat keras sekolah
