Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) adalah pendekatan yang efektif untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja perusahaan. Perkembangan manajemen rantai pasokan (supply chain management/SCM) dapat berdampak besar pada bisnis. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) juga tumbuh di jalur bisnis di mana bisnis kelaparan untuk melakukan perbaikan dalam operasi berbasis manajemen rantai pasokan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara praktik SCM berbasis sistem ERP pada kinerja perusahaan Penelitian ini menyediakan manajer dengan alat untuk praktek SCM dan pengembangan sistem ERP, untuk para manajer. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung bahwa praktik SCM dapat memiliki dampak yang nyata pada kinerja perusahaan. Perlu dicatat bahwa praktik SCM dan sistem ERP dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor kontekstual, seperti jenis industri, ukuran perusahaan, dan lain sebagainya.
