Hutan Kota dan Taman Satwa: Kepuasan Pengunjung & Budaya Kerja Sadar Wisata

Penelitian dimaksudkan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja sadar wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pada wisata hutan kota dan taman satwa di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Permasalahan mengenai kepuasaan pengunjung terjadi dikarenakan fasilitas dan kinerja pelayanan disuguhkan belum sesuai harapan. Kepuasaan pengunjung dipengaruhi oleh budaya kerja sadar wisata dari pihak pengelola setempat belum bersih dan tertib. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian adalah pengunjung diobjek wisata dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dibagikan kepada responden dengan Skala Likert yang telah diuji coba terlebih dahulu pada objek wisata pantai sasak sebanyak 30 responden. Analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis asosiatif. Hasil uji korelasi ganda diperoleh bahwa sub variabel budaya kerja sadar wisata secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan berhubungan dengan variabel kepuasan pengunjung dengan nilai sig.F change 0,000 <0,05, tingkat keeratan dilihat dari nilai R (koefesien korelasi) sebesar 0,793 sehingga diperoleh kriteria kekuatan hubungan antara sub variabel budaya kerja sadar wisata dengan kepuasan pengunjung mempunyai hubungan yang kuat.
