Perbedaan Kecemasan Karyawan di Era Pandemic Covid 19 Ditinjau dari Jenis Kelamin, Status Pernikahan, dan Status Karyawan

Pada masa pandemic Covid 2019 terjadi peningkatan kecemasan karyawan di Indonesia, termasuk para guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan kecemasan guru yang dilihat dari jenis kelamin, status pernikahan dan status guru kontrak atau tetap. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif komparatif. . Populasi adalah Guru di kota Padang dan sampel penelitian ini adalah guru SMPN 7 Padang berjumlah 40 orang. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan (JAS) job anxiety scale dengan jumlah aitem 64. Dari penelitian ini terlihat perbedaaan signifikan kecemasan antara guru laki laki dan perempuan dan tidak terdapat perbedaan kecemasan guru belum menikah dan belum menikah dan begitu juga dengan status karyawan.
