Hubungan antara Prokrastinasi Akademik dengan Burnout Akademik pada Peserta Didik

Keberhasilan seseorang dalam pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting, terutama dalam mencapai prestasi dan tujuannya. Namun ada beberapa orang mengalami kegagalan dalam mencapai prestasi akademik. Perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dan burnout akademik di dunia pendidikan merupakan fenomena yang umum terjadi, dan hal ini dapat dijumpai pada para siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dan burnout academik pada peserta didik di sekolah. Jenis penelitian yaitu (literature study). Subjek yang dikaji di dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh burnout akademik terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada peserta didik.
