Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem ujian online terhadap kepuasan siswa dengan metode End User Computing Statisfaction (EUCS) (Studi Kasus: SMKN 2 Kecamatan Guguak). Jenis data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh responden. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 responden siswa SMKN 2 Kecamatan Guguk. Teknik analisis data statistik yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa content (isi) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan siswa, format (tampilan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan siswa, accuracy (keakuratan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan siswa, timeliness (ketepatan waktu) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan siswa, dan ease to use (kemudahan penggunaan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan siswa.
