Bagaimana Tingkat Kepuasan dan Hambatan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Online Tuweb pada Mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka Surakarta

Tujuan penelitian adalalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, layanan dan hambatan-hambatan proses pembelajaran dengan media tuweb. Desain/Metodologi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UPBJJ UT Surakarta dengan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan online berbasis tuweb, dieksplorasi kuesioner model Likert, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitaatif dengan analisis deskriptif untuk membuktikan media pembelajaran onlien berbasisi tuweb sudah valid. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan persentase. Temuan pada tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasisi tuweb sudah baik, namun masih terdapat permasalahan berkaitan dengan kemampuan tutor dalam pengunaan media tuweb sebagai alat pembelajaran dan permasalahan kuota data mahasiswa dan jaringan saat perlangusngnya pembelajaran tuweb. Pada tahap proses pembelajaran tutor dalam meberikan materi tidak update, materi tambahan diluar modul tidak diberikan tutor dan kurangnya penugasan dan feedback yang di terima oleh mahasiswa. Keterbatasan sulitnya mengendalikan responden karena responden berada di bebarapa kota yang memilki karekateristik yang berbeda dan tutor yang mengampu masing-maisng daerah/kelompk belajar berbeda, sehingga persepsi mahasiswa juga akan berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara terbatas, sehingga untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mendalam kurang efektif, sehingga untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan metode eksperimen untuk menghindari bias persepsi dan ditambah degan wawancara secara mendalam
