Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada coffee shop Pilar Coffee and Socializing. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pemilihan sampel berupa incidental sampling. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 135 konsumen Pilar Coffee dan telah mengisikan kuesioner berisi skala kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan uji analisis faktor konfirmatori ditemukan bahwa terdapat lima faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada coffee shop Pilar Coffee and Socializing, yaitu faktor pelayanan, faktor harga, faktor pendukung, faktor kebersihan, dan faktor kualitas produk. Selanjutnya, temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kelima faktor yang terbentuk mampu menjelaskan cumulative percentage of varians sebesar 63,675%. Faktor pelayanan memperoleh nilai eigenvalue tertinggi sebesar 10,599 dengan percentage of varians 42,394%, sedangakan faktor kualitas produk memiliki nilai eigenvalue terendah sebesar 1,019 dengan percentage of varians 4,078%.
