Hubungan Dukungan Sosial Keluarga dengan Career Indecision pada Mahasiswa Program Sarjana

Mahasiswa merupakan peserta didik di perguruan tinggi. Mahasiswa yang secara teori sudah mampu memilih dan menetukan rencana hidup di masa depan, pada kenyataannya masih banyak yang kesulitan dalam menetukan pilihan karier yang ingin dicapai yang disebut sebagai career indecision. Career indecision banyak terjadi pada mahasiswa program sarjana di jurusan yang bersifat non vokasi. Untuk membantu mahasiswa lebih optimis dalam menentukan kariernya diperlukan dukungan sosial yang bersumber dari keluarga. Dukungan sosial keluarga merupakan faktor paling penting yang mempengaruhi career indecision. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan 270 orang mahasiswa program sarjana dari Universitas Negeri Padang, Universitas Brawijaya dan Universitas Tanjungpura yang ditetapkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara kedua variabel penelitian ini dengan r = -0,532 dan taraf signifikansi p = 0.000
