Dalam era masyarakat informatif seperti saat ini, ragam teknik pencarian sumber informasi dan akurasi sangatlah penting. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas komunikator (publik) dalam menyajikan gagasan-gagasannya sangatlah mengedepan. Persoalan utama yang sering melandasi para komunikator (publik) justru terletak pada kapasitas komunikasinya, baik strategi maupun teknik. Kegagalan berkomunikasi inilah yang seringkali menjauhkan efektivitas akurasi pesan dan tujuan berkomunikasi. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Analisis Data Sekunder (ADS). Tidak menggunakan hipotesis, melainkan hanya mendeskripsikan informasi apa adanya sesuai dengan variabel yang diteliti. Dengan kata lain, data yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur berupa buku untuk mencari teori yang relevan. Adapun data sekunder lainnya untuk mendukung penulisan ini adalah internet dan jurnal online. Melalui latihan suara yang teratur dan tepat, seseorang dapat memperbaiki teknik vokalnya, meningkatkan kualitas suara, dan meningkatkan rasa percaya dirinya dalam berbicara atau tampil di depan umum. Latihan pernapasan adalah teknik sederhana namun efektif yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kapasitas paru-paru, mengurangi stres dan kecemasan, meningkatkan kualitas tidur, dan meningkatkan kesehatan secara umum.
