Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Affective Commitment, Work Family Conflict terhadap Innovative Behavior pada Karyawan Perusahaan Out sourcing di Kampung Dukuh, Jakarta Timur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Affective Commitment, Work Family Conflict terhadap Innovative Behavior pada karyawan Perusahaan Outsourcing di Kampung Dukuh, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 230 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Software SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support dan Affective Commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Behavior. Sedangkan Work Family Conflict terdapat pengaruh negatif terhadap Innovative Behavior. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat juga menambahkan dan menganalisis anteseden dari Public Service Motivation
